Refund and Returns Policy
At ANS Clothes, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience.
Inspection at Delivery
Customers are strongly required to check the product at the time of delivery in front of the delivery personnel. This includes checking size, color, and any visible defects.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The wrong item has been delivered
- The issue is reported immediately during delivery
Non-Returnable Conditions
- No return requests will be accepted after the delivery has been successfully completed
- Used, washed, or altered products are not eligible for return
Refund Policy
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund will be provided once the product is accepted
- In eligible cases (prepaid orders), refunds will be processed after proper verification
- Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days

ডেলিভারির সময় চেক করা
গ্রাহকদের অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে প্রোডাক্ট চেক করতে হবে
(সাইজ, রং, ড্যামেজ ইত্যাদি)।
রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্যতার শর্ত
রিটার্ন শুধুমাত্র তখনই গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে যদি:
- প্রোডাক্ট ড্যামেজ বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়
- ভুল প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি করা হয়
- সমস্যাটি ডেলিভারির সময়ই জানানো হয়
রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয় যেসব ক্ষেত্রে
- ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের পর কোনো রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে না
- ব্যবহৃত, ধোয়া বা পরিবর্তিত প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়
রিফান্ড পলিসি
রিফান্ড পেতে ৫–৭ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে
Cash on Delivery (COD) অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারির পর কোনো রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না
প্রিপেইড অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে যাচাই শেষে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হতে পারে
